what remedies would you recommend for severe arthritis?

Hello! I am Jillian and I have severe arthritis. My fingers are inflamed and I really cannot stand this pain anymore. Can you tell me what I need to do? I mean, what remedies would you recommend for severe arthritis? Should I avoid some kind of food? I am thanking you in advance on your prompt reply.

Hello! Dear Jillian, I can tell you that avoiding some kind of food probably will not help you with decreasing your pains. In first place you need to see your doctor and to establish which kind of arthritis you have (rheumatoid, osteoarthritis, etc.). I am sure that your doctor will prescribe you appropriate therapy for your kind of arthritis. Generally speaking, you can take Ibuprophen or Diclophenac to decrease pains, but, before you take some of these drugs consult your doctor.
