Hi there! I am not sure if I am on the right place, but an Ayurvedic centre has opened in my home town recently. I was wondering if anyone tried ayurvedic massage. What is it like? I also have been having trouble sticking to my diet and to getting some yoga practice done, so I thought maybe some cleansing would help?
In my opinion, TCM is much more effective than Ayurvedic methods and don't take as long. Ayurvedic massage is great, but for your other problem I recommend you TCM. Although, it really depends upon the doctor and the patient's ability to recover, the TCMD can literally transform your body in one hour. I've done it and it's quite amazing.
