I don't have job anymore. My wife has left me and took the kids. My parents are dead and I don't have brothers or sisters. My life is complete wrecked. I have been to the doctor and he thinks that I am suffering from depression. How clever of him! Whats life for?

Did you ever stop and think why you lost your job, or why your wife left you did and took the kids. Maybe the depression has caused all of that. It is very hard to live with someone who is always in the bad mood and depressed. I don't say that it is your fault, but you must fight against that. You must ask for medical help, go to that doctor to prescribe you some antidepressants, visit some support groups. I don't know what is going on with your wife but if she see that you are trying maybe she will come back to help you.

There is no use trying to fight depression if you dont have a good enough resolve. If I were you I would start from square one and try to take care of the things that matters the most. Since your wife and kids are the only family you have I suggest you go to them and promise them to do whatever it takes to make things better. Somehow make her give you one more chance or something. This would provide you with a worthwhile resolve or reasons to get through your problems in life. Your instincts to protect the best thing in life for you may help you fight any kind of depression. Try your hardest and hang in there. If it helps know that I will be rooting for you from the bottom of my heart.
