I'm 22 years old and has kept himself from sexual intercourse since birth. The only thing have found myself doing is foreplay since I have multiple girlfriends. After foreplay I usually experience lower abdominal pains and even in the genitals.
Please tell me what is really happening in me.
foreplay without masterbation afterwords causes blue balls.
blue balls is the result of the veins in your genital area carrying blood to that area increasing in size and allowing more blood to flow in than out. this causes a 'plug' in the system, and causes pain and discomfort.
I've had it thrice, and it hurt less this time i got it.
