Nothing lately actually!
When I do make my mind not to eat, it is will power and disturbances that make me not eat. Will power, of course being the main cause and a leader to all other activities I may be doing while dieting and refraining from bad foods.
The problem is (at least in my case) that I can’t put my mind to dieting when I have a lot of work to do, when I am stressed in any way. It is food that helps me calm down since I stopped smoking. Also, reactions from other people….oh my Good, have you put on weight again make me think things through and start dieting.
When I really put my mind to it, I stick to it. Then I also exercise at least 4 times a week and I don’t eat sweats and I really like myself and am proud! It is persistence then, again will power and a desire to look good that keep me going.
I am never obese, usually over-weight and three months of smart act brings me back to normal although I am generally an over*weight person with good moments of good looking.
I reckon that the problem is on our mind!!!!!
If you are obese, you should better ask for doctor’s help (nutritionist). Good luck! |

I couldn’t agree more. Being at home makes you crawl up into your refrigerator and stay there! I am joking but this is true. I don’t even have to be without money outside. I can just be outside and I wouldn’t have to eat. Just staying at home, especially if there’s a lot of work to be done, makes me eat a lot! |

Well... When I have money with me when I'm at college, specially, it's a lot more tempting for me go to spend it all in food (bad things, mostly ). So, I try not to carry money... |
