Hi, I would like to know how to change my life. I am 16 years old. I will describe you one my day. I got up at 11. Then I eat something, play game on my computer and go to school. After the classes I come home, take my dog for a walk and then I surf on the net. I stay awake until 2 or 3 in the morning. It is not exactly healthy life. But I would like to change that. What would be healthy teenage activities?

I want to congratulate you on your decision. It is not easy to make decision to change your habits. You should try to get up a little earlier, let's say around 8 or half past 8. Go for a run. You could start to workout, go to the gym. Swimming is always a good and healthy activity. You could try with some sport also. It is important not to be in front of computer all the time. Go out and have fun. Find a girl.
