Burning during urination is usually a sign of bacterial infection in women. I actually don’t think that these three symptoms are related unless you are pregnant.
All of your symptoms could be analyzed separately or bloatedness and constipation may be analyzed together. When you are constipated due to insufficient water intake or poor nutrition, you may suffer from infrequent bowel movements, which could make you bloated.
I reckon you should see a GP and then get a referral from there. You may need to have urinalyses to check for bacterial presence and get an antibiotic. As for the constipation, you may need to take fiber supplements to get you (or your bowels) going.
