The problem is that your symptoms are actually general symptoms for many diseases and many virus infections, so without a proper examination and blood tests, nothing can be said.
All the viruses make you sick in the stomach, make you lose your energy, feel fatigue.

As for the bloating, it is probably because your period is due. The symptoms you experienced probably have nothing to do with your period, although the infection could have made your period late a little bit.

The blood tests should tell what it could be and what the course of action should be.
Considering you don’t feel so bad now, it was probably something transient and I certainly hope it is so.

Let us now what the blood tests showed!
