when and where would u feel a difference in your stomach if your pregnant

I think I could be pregnant, and I feel like a tight spot in my tummy like right underneathe my breasts. When and WHERE would you feel a difference in your stomach? PLEASE HELP. also, I did have a "period" last month that seemed very normal. any help would be appreciated =)
