Hello,
Im 23 years old, muslim from the uk. I have a big problem. When i used to masturbate, unwanted images keep popping up. It wasnt a big deal first but throught the months i started to do some unusual things. Please bare in mind i was smoking mariujana and had a full blown panic attack, before this my ocd was not there much.
Now when i masturbate i get unwanted thoughts and when the thoughts pop up images of people mostly, while i masturbate, its like i have to masturbate again wihout occuring the images of people. Doing this is extremly hard as the images keep popping up. If i fail in my mission to masturbate normally then its like something bad is going to happen to mesomething bad to the poeple who iv imagined. Afterwards i had to masturbate repeatdly over and over again until i have a successful session without thinking of anyone.
Iv managed to to it but then i start dowting myself ,, i didnt to it right .. i shoudn hav thought of this person, i forgot to look at the carpet and have to do it so much , my d i c k starts hurting.
Pls let me know what is this, is anything really going to happen. Should i just stop. Pls help me your words will account for what i should do next. Am going crazy i have weird thoughts any help appreciated. Many thanx. |

| I don't think anything bad will happen to the people you think about while you're masterbating, that would be ridiculous. Heres a tip, focus on the fact that when you are masterbating that you are doing this for you. You're wanting to please yourself. So don't try and focus on someone you imagine to turn you on, focus on the feeling and how good it feels. |

I try so hard to focus on a girl but no matter what i do i always get these images and thoughts and it sounds like OCD i constantly doubt myself. No matter what i do or what i focus on i almost always end up getting quick flashes of close poeple  |

Well if you really are seeing images of people during your masturbation sessions, then most likely your getting turned from those people.
However, it could be a much more complicated porblem. I would recommend talking to a doctor about some focus pills. That way you can concentrate on what you want. The panic attack was most likely caused by the mariujana you were smoking.
And no offense, but I'd also recommend talking to a sycologist. They could help you with the whole "mission" thing.
Or, it could be a sign. Possibly a sign from a spirit or something. I don't really now too much on spirits and religous signs. But I'd definitly recommend doing some research on that.
For a boost of focus, look at porn while masturbating. Thats what I do  |

Thankfully as the days go on the images are slowly stopping and i guess im my body is getting rid of the panic attack aftermath.
I think it was triggered by the weed.. before, i used to masturbate nothing like this used to happen so the spirit in some sense maybe the weed lol im not sure.
Porno Iv got GIGS of the stuff and it does help .. allowing me to concentrate as well. |
