Hi, yesterday I have watched documentary about adolescents who have eating disorders. It was very interesting but in the same time little bit scary when you see what may happen just because someone wants to look thin and not fat. I would like to know which adolescents are prone to eating disorders.

Hi, eating disorders affect mainly adolescents because they are influenced with many different messages they get from commercials, TV, movies and so on. Eating disorders are more spread among girls but lately there are more and more boys who are suffering from same disorder. Kids who are quiet with low self esteem are candidates for these disorders. They would like to be like their idols from movies, TV and would do many things to achieve this goal.
