which cycling clothes should I choose?

I'm 32 years old and I finally decide to do something about my extra weight. After detailed analyzing I have chosen cycling. I'm not that interested in team sports, and running could hurt my leg joints (because of the weight). But now I have a new dilemma. What cycling clothes should I choose? What should I pay attention to?

Well, it all depends on what kind of cycling you will be doing. If you are a recreative type, and not interested in developing great speeds, any type of clothes will do. On the other hand, if you are more serious, then you should consider some sportswear made by known manufacturers like Nike, Adidas etc. Cycling shoes are very important, so you should pay special attention when buying them.
