which plastic surgeon did you use?

hi, I had an appt with Dr. Sachs in NYC and then i cancelled it after I found out the most awful things about him. So, who here has had plastic surgery and is pleased with the results? Where did yougo? anywhere in the country is fine, I just want it done right. I've heard kanodia is good but honestly his before and after on his website SUCK. So anyone else?
