white bump kind of like a pimple on the end of my tongue

I have a white bump on my tongue and when I tried to squeeze it blood came out. The part with the bump is white but the rest of my tongue is red. I don't know what it could be?

you probably ate something too hot and one of your taste buds got burned. that happens to me sometimes. try to not play with it or bite it off and itll heal itself in a few days!
