I also have these tiny bumps on the head of my penis, my nipples, and upper lips. There are so many of them on my lips, causing my lips look white and strange. I saw two doctors but none of them had any ideas. I am glad I see this post on the internet. At least these things are harmless. But it would still be best if there is a way to get rid of them.

But this helped.. at least i know it wasnt freakin herpes because it scared me so much. the pictures i looked at looked nothing like what he had so i feel soooo much better. thank you so much

ive had these since i was 10, im 17 now, havnt told anyone a thing, it has definatly hinderd me with the girls for sure.

I am 39 years old and have had this same concern for MANY years. I have been with many women over the years and not one has ever shown an iota of concern over my "issue". All the while, it makes me quite self conscience, even still. I was even married for 12 years and "it" never came up as an issue. Maybe we are really overly cosmetically concerned these days.

I have been to a couple of different doctors on this issue. I will never forget when one of them told me that chicks would actually dig it. He actually wanted to know why in the world I wanted to get rid of them. He felt that plenty of girls would enjoy the added stimulation that the "bumps" would cause. Think about it. How often do you see "bumps" on a wonam's sexual toy?

Dude i have sebaceous glands but they dont look like the fordyce. One of them looks like it might have gotten blocked now it is painless and red. Everytime i wake up there a small crusty layer of yellow. Only one is swollen and they look almost exactly like this picture. sexdictionary.info/penis_glands.html

yeah i know these are not harmfull and everyone says that women dont care about them. but i have more than the guy in the wikipidia pictures... idk why I have to have so many but.. i think having too many would obviously make a girl say wtf is that. and if she didnt say anything... im supposed to be having sex with a girl in like a week.. but im going to make some lame exscuse because its way too embarrasing to even think about trying that.. there is seriously NO way of making them deminish a little bit? not even to make them just less noticeable but still have the same quantity of them?
