I have white patches on the top of my penis, I havent had sex so i know it's not an STD, it does not hurt or is itchy, it's just there. If my penis is dry, the patches are white, if my penis is moist, then the patches are discolored in a red-like patch. If i need to post a pic of what i am talking about, please let me know
I have almost exactly the same problem. White patch just below the foreskin. I havent had sex ever either, so hopefully STD is ruled out. It doesnt itch or irritate in any way but its just there. Wonder if its something to be worried about?
