white pimples on testicles

Hello, I'm 32 , and I have some kind of white pimples on both testicles under the skin.
They are stuck under the skin. What can it be? Is it dangerous? Can it be cured?

They are likely to be Fordyce spots. Look at my
post "Big Bulgy Fordyce Spot on Scrotum".

I called my dermatologist and he said it was quite
common in men and harmless, but otherwise he
could burn it off with his laser.

that just means ur uncircumsized. im 16 and i wasn't circumsized either. trust me its nothing to worry about.
