i am 16 years old and have had sex one time. i am getting white hairs on my scrotum, mostly around the left testicle. i have not sex in nearly a year so i dont think its an std. i have a bacterial infect but that is in my knee from a scrape. does anyone know why these hairs have turned white. they must have just turned like this because i shave and trim my pubic region every few weeks.
