i have this lump on my anus i think it hemorrhoids not sure and i have white mucus and white peals like orange peals coming out when i do a bowel movement and constipation really bad constipation i cant use the bathroom only with a water pipe to open my anus i am always bloated i have gas i always feel tp full never emptying out i sweat and can hardly sleep at night even thoe i am sleepy please i need to know exacly what this means so help me please i am to scared to go to the doctor i think this is really bad i think it might be colon cancer i am only 27 so plz help me underdstand and thank you
