i am an 18yr old male, Recently i have masterbated daily, sometimes twice daily. I get a burning sensation when orgasming, but am assuming this is due to excessive force, and when i urinate the following morning the urine is milky. Ive searched the internet for symptoms but dont see how this can be an infection of any sort as have not had sexual relations in over six months. Could the colouration be due to fluids left over in the urinary tract?

I had the same thing happen to me last week and went to the doctor. He had no idea what it was and all my tests came back normal, though my pH and calcium levels were a little high. Did anyone figure out what this could be caused by?

If your urine is milky you could have protein in your urine, or an infection because of the burning.

I would think that you have a UTI, urinary tract infection. You don't have to have sex to get this, it can be caused by masturbating with dirty hands. You skin is covered with bacteria looking for a way past the skin barrier through a cut etc. The biggest source of bacteria is only inches away, your butt. Faeces can contain the e-coli bacteria and other nasties. The damp dark nature of the groin is also a breeding ground for germs. I know a young girl who was getting frequent uti's and it was because she wiped from the rear to the front and some bacteria was able to enter her urinary tract. If you have a uti, your doctor will proscibe a course of antibiotics which should clear it. Good hygiene should stop it reocurring.

Pain on urination is also an indicator of a uti, as you have discovered. There may be a small raw area or cut just in your urethra and urine, being acidic, stings it. This is probably also the opening the germs are entering through. Just a guess.

hey guys, thought i'd share this with you....apparently you can get urianry tract infections due to other symptomless infections such as chlamydia.
I would suggest getting that checked out aswell !

Forgot to add to my previous post, the cloudiness is puss from the infection.

notyetnever if it is not an infection, do you stop yourself ejaculating when you have an orgasm. Do you ejaculate? Just answered another post where the guy doesn't ejaculate, but the sperm is forced back into his bladder causing the urine to be cloudy when urinating later. Pain or unpleasant feeling from your groin can be caused by the effort being asserted when your muscles contract to ejaculate but can't, forced back through prostate into bladder instead. Tightening pelvic muscles as you do to stop urination can do it, pushing on raised area behind scotum will do it.
