i have had a hysterectomy for 3 years and i can't have an orgasum. will i ever be able to again? please tell me if there is any hope i can get it back? i've heard some people lose it and some people can still have an orgasum. it is really frustrating. i had orgasums before my surgery so please tell me if there is anything i can do
