Could anyone explain to me why diseases show up in blood tests and what is that so important that could be seen in blood tests results? I mean I was going to check my heart condition and the first test I was advised to do is blood test and I was expecting some more physical exam or something like that. Anyway I still don't get it-how come disease shows up in blood tests? Thanks!

It is very simple-your blood tests results may show of what disease you eventually are suffering. I remember my dad was suspected of having some heart problem and finally it was blood test to confirm it –it actually showed high levels of bad cholesterol and triglycerides and blood tests results such like this always indicate some serious heart condition-so even when you go ti the nutritionist he/she would always ask first for blood tests results just to see what sort of a food would fit your condition. Also the diabetes is usually discovered by having first blood tests results cause in these conditions the sugar levels is always drastically increased and it goes like this for any other diseases.
