why do I have these awfull symtoms already?

I am 36 years old and just had partial right thyroid lobectomy with isthmus 7days ago and already I feel so tired I can barely get through sitting at my computer. I am also experiencing severe leg pain and cramping right after surgery with menstrual-like cramps in abdamon I have been experiencing alot of symptoms all the way up to my surgery but never like this my levels always show normal and my endocrin doc doesn`t want to see me for 4 weeks to check levels for post surgery is this all normal? I don`t think it could be! please someone help! my doctors can`t seem to.
