I'm a female and Whenever I finger myself it usually takes me a good 20-30 minutes before i orgasm, but they never last that long. They usually last less than 15 seconds. Is there anything I can do to maximize the length of my orgasms, or maybe im doing something wrong.

This also happens when my boyfriend fingers me. He rubs me hard, but sometimes I never reach an orgasms when he fingers me for so long. Can you help me?

That's how long orgasms are, sadly. 15 seconds is about the length of a typical orgasm... sometimes a lot shorter.
