While Guest is being blunt and flip, he's right.
If there is a marked difference in size, you need a professional exam to determine if you need to be concerned.
Most all men have a slight difference in size between the two testicles... but in size, in weight, in where they hang, etc. This is normal.
However, if you're seeing a great difference in size, you need to schedule an exam with your family doctor or health clinic. They may refer you to a urologist, which is how it goes in the USA.
You don't mention your age, nor where you live, so there is not much more to add. Go see a doc. |

|
|
Same problem here. I'm 43, and I've had this "problem" for as long as I can remember, although I have paid more attention to it the last 10 years. Seems the right testicle is about 70% bigger by volume bigger. That may seem like a big difference, but it equates to a diameter that's bigger by about 20% (which is what I'm benching off of--do the math to get the volume delta). Regardless, it's noticeable, especially since that testicle has varicosities and hangs lower by about 2 cm.
I've seen plenty of urologists (but not about this "problem" per se). They've all fiddled plenty down there and never has one of them noted that this was odd. In fact, several that I specifically asked just shrugged and said it wasn't unusual.
If you don't notice anything other than this size differential, I'd say it's just nut variance. (I ain't no doctor, but I do own a pair.) |
