Since I can remember the head of my penis has been painful when touched. After five years I have never been able to ejaculate during sex and oral sex. My foreskin used to not be able to go back without hurting but now during sex and oral sex it does go back.
I have had a operation to try and correct the painful head where they cut a bit off the top but this didnt stop the pain.
I have been to the doctors since, been referred back to a uroligist and got told i shouldnt have circumcision because this wont cure the pain and will make it more painful because of the friction in my underwear. So I went back to the doctor and got given some cream which is for thrush and infections but he never made it clear exactly what the problem is, after using the cream for the time i got told it has not helped the pain.
I am confused and sick of not being able to told what the reason for the pain is.
