| hi I'm a 14 year old girl and I masterbate offten (1 or 2 day) and lately I've been having my period early...and also theres and small staine of blood or a gooie substance every day ... whats happening?? I'm scared because I have read some scary stories about masterbating! please tell me whats wrong ! |

Masturbation is totally healthy, natural and normal. please ignore "stories" you hear on the internet, they're just there to scare people.
at your age, your body is going through major hormonal changes, your menstrual cycle will be irregular at first. it settles down for good in your late teens.
from how you both describe it, this whitish gooey stuff you find in your underwear is called vaginal discharge, its the vaginas own way of keeping itself clean, and is again, totally natural.
