Doctor in live in South Africa my dad got sick 1973d left paralysed for 3 months. 10 Specialists could not find the problem. He was left with only his facial muscles on his chin not "working" properly.

Yesterday he started with pins and needles in his feet and hands. Today a neurosurgeon wrote on his card the big Gillina barre syndrome. Is there any treatment that you can prescribe or is there research that you can pass on that I can look at. My dad is 61 looks ok but his hands have already started feeling numb.

Please your urgent help please!!!
