I've never heard that it does. Have you found it does?
Why don't you google it and see what you find but I think that's a funny myth.

I dont think so,. your penis does not stop growing until apparently 2 years after your height stops growing is when your penis is fullsize and youll be able to have an idea about how big it will be for the rest of your life.
