wierd feeling in my throat and on the back of my tongue

hi,for about a month now iv been having a wierd feeling in my throat.it feels like iv something stuck in my throat like flem are sumat but when i try and swallow it are burp it feels like it get worse.and in the last week my tongue has started burning and iv started getting earach in just the left ear.what could this be?
