wierd round bump on ball sack over the right teste (pic inside)

a few days ago i found this pimple like bump on the right side of my ball sack. It doesnt itch and it doesnt hurt when i touch it.
its sort of hard, and red in color. I am really worried that it might be cancer but i am not sure

Everywhere i read about testicular cancer on the internet said one of the tell tale signs of testicular cancer is a bump on the testical. the bump i have is not on the testicle but more on the skin covering it, the ball sack or scrotum. do u think this could be cancerous?

i am about to turn 19 soon, i found this bump about 4 days. i hoped it would go away but it hasnt but i think for the most part is has remained the same size.

i dont think its an std because i have not been sexually active in about 6 months.

i really need some help. i do not know what do do, if i should go see a doctor or wait some more. but i am really worried.

Hi i am 17 now and i have found the exact same thing as you have by the sounds of things, i found min about 3days ago now. i am not sexualy active and am really worried.

mine hurts when i scratch my ball sack and catch it but otherwise its fine.

should i go doctors or not?
