wiil mastrubation leads to blood pressure

hello sir...i am 21 year male....i use to mastrubate from tha age of 18 and till cant stop that habbit....recently i was mastrubating continuously fro 3 times and went to bath...after that a drop of blood oozed out from my nose.....i dont know the reason...i am afraid that i am suffering from any fatal diseases...now i am trying to control mastrubating...but whats the reason of blood to ooze out please answer me sir?????????
