| i masturbate for 2min when i feel my body exited i stop masturbating for 1-2min and start again...i stop twice and finally i ejaculate..is this going to delay my ejaculation while having sex? is it good to hold ejaculation? |

Ok this is a style that you invented for your self,  it is ok to stop then start again, and no it will not harm anything during sexual encounter with a female,as you most likely not stop with her like this. 
I think you should try to changing your hand position,  rotate yor hand around so the thump is at the base after your first stop, then feel below the testicals (balls)  and find a soft area,  that is a mussel, and it is doing some pumping of the fluids, and press down on this area, and you will be holding yourself back in a different way. the only way to hurt yourself is by cutting or placing something inside of the penis. this is a blood feed mussel, so it just "relaxes after a shoot"
