Hello! It is diagnosed that I have foot stress fracture. Now I am resting, but I have a question for you. Namely, I want to know what causes foot stress fracture. I am asking you this, because except the jogging, I do not practice anything else. I really hope you will have more information about this and you will tell me. Thank you!

Hello! Regarding the fact that you are woman, this means that you are in greater risk of foot stress fracture than man. Foot stress fracture occurs usually because of repeated pounding or impact on a hard surface. I assume that your shoes was not appropriate for jogging and that is why you got this injury. This injury is very common for some sports such volleyball, gymnastics, running, etc.
