withdrawral symtoms and side effects from methadone

I am an ex heroin user and am now on methodone. My start dosage was 75ml but i am now on 35ml and have done this in 3 months. Im getting excessive swetting (it is like a hot flush - just on my face mainly) and since i started this my hair seems to be falling out A LOT. Is this methodone side effects or is there something really wrong. Sad

I was wonderindering if u could be kind enough to email the long term affects of methodne,aswell as the short term side affects,I have noe been on programme 4 just under ten years and have heard of a new treatment its apellet that gets inserted above the pubic hair line,I've been asking my Presriber and pharmarist for all of the above and keep getting fobbed of,
