Hello there! I started taking ultra mega ( B-complex vitamins ) to my nutrition bc I was treating a wound that did not heal in time. After just a couple of hours my urine was yellow-green. I don’t think it could have been anything else but the Vitamin B bc I haven’t used anything else that was different from my usual intake. Is it possible that vitamin B caused this?

Yes, apparently vitamin B causes flouro – pee color. It is said to be normal so there is nothing you should worry about. The urine color should go back to normal the next day bc vit. B is peed every 24 hours.
