I am suffering from systemic lupus erythematosus for several years. I am so varied about it. In my case it is very progressive form of this disease. I am afraid to wake up in morning because of new symptoms that may occur. For now I have skin problems, arthritis and renal disorder.
Worrying about your health can not help you. Try to encourage yourself in some way. Find some things that you can do in order to improve your self esteem. Your family can help you with their support and care. Maybe you can find people who have the same disease and try to exchange experiences. There are a lot of things that you can do and help you.
