I have little bumps on my nob they look like little pimple's im really worried about what they are I dont feel sick & they have not appeared anywhere else on my body but my nob under the foreskin I was think maybe it was some sort of cum rash from my cum being rubbed on the skin of my nob but im not shure im just really worried about what it is and if it's really bad Sad
