| I'm a 20 year old girl and I've been masturbating from the age of 12. Recently it has got worse and is almost distressing me and I don't know if it was the side-effects of the pill or not. It came to the point where I have to masturbate every hour on the hour, it didn't matter where I was, I would go temporarily blind on some occasions, and I would shake for hours but I would still want to orgasm. I will orgasm about 3 in a row. I'm a bit of a hypocondriac and started worrying about my heart stopping or something so I took myself off the pill just in case it had something to do with that. But I still have this uncontrollable urge to masturbate, and even though I get regular sex with a very good partner, I still have to touch myself regularly every day. I find it difficult to concentrate on anything else and get turned on by just about anything. I've got frequent throbbing down there and it is often very hot. What is the matter with me and am I damaging myself at all? |

Hello,
I am NOT a professional but I believe it is something to do with you masturbating since the age of 12. You have got into the habit of doing it and now you can't get out of it.
As with any habit/addiction you need to slowly stop.
If you want to stop try reducing the amount of times you masturbate in a day down by one every day till you get to a level where it really doesnt feel 'normal' but stay at that level til it feels 'normal' then move down again as before and keep doing this until you stop.

| yea i support wat that person said coz i got 2 realise that once u are fond of doin somethin everytime,it will be a part of u which is actually called ADDICTION,its controlable,wat u av 2 do is just limit the way u do it,even if u av the urge 2 do it just take ur mind off it & do somethin else,avoid been in a quite & lonely place coz dat will make u do it again.u can truly control it,and more over i dont see a point in masturbatin wen u have a great man who satisfy u wen eva u want SEX.i was actually kinda addicted 2 porn watchin,i watch porn everytime i av the chance but i actually controlled it coz it really makes me go high & dat lead 2 masturbation so i controlled it .i watch it once in a while now. |
