im 15 and this is my first time on this site

a few days ago i pulled my foreskin back 4 the first time. But at first i was ok about it but then i noticed some strange yellow puss-like pimples under the helmet and im very worried.

normally im great around girls but this has serioulsy decreased my confidence incase one day i have sex and the woman sees this. i feel like i will never have sex now in my lyf! Sad is there a treatment 4 this please please help me!!! oh also i tried washing it uner the water when i had a bath but this had no effect
