My boyfriend and I were sort of messing around with our underwear on, and then things got 'heated up' but we did NOT want to have sex, which we've never done before. He started to go in, but i pushed him off me before anything could happen. It didnt feel like it even went in at all, and i felt no pain. That day i had 1 drop of blood in my underwear. now its 1 exactly 1 month later and i havent had my period. however, my boobs arent sore, theres no unusual discharge, and nothing seems different. is it possible its just irregular? or am i pregnant? please repost soon.. i've been a nervous wreck the last month.  |

Stress can offten cause a missed or delayed period, however there is a slight chance of pregnancy if semen was able to get in or near the vaginal area, if you are worried about pregnancy and since your period is late, you could take a home pregnancy test just to see, if it is neg, and you dont recieve your period in a couple days to a week you could go to planned parenthood or your obgyn and get a check up to see if something else is causing you late or missed period...Wish you the best of luck....
P.S. You did the right thing in pushing him off, dont let him or anyone else push you into something that you dont or arent ready to do!!! Wish you the very best....  |

Is there a huge chance that i am pregnant? I am scared out of my mind. never in a million years would I think about having sex because i am definetly not ready for a baby.
it's just mind boggling to me because I have no other symptoms except my period being late.. and he never went in me because the second i felt he was trying to i pushed him right off. i just hope and pray to God that its not true
im a bit ashamed if you can't tell  |

| Dont be ashamed, everyone has been there at one point in there life, I have as well, you just have to do what you think is right, and that your desion and not anyone elses....The only way to know for sure is to take a home pregnancy test, there are even some places out there that can offer free pregnancy tests, if you have a walmart, they have the equate brand and there like 3 bucks, or even the dollar stores have them for even less....I would take one just to see, if your not pregnant it could just be from the stress of worrying about it....Let me know what you find out.... |

Okay. Thanks for all your help.
I can't seem to find ways to keep my mind off of this, so I've been really stressed and crying still.
I cant get a HPT soon because I'm leaving on a trip for 5 days, but it might be a good thing, since it'll take my mind off of this and hopefully get my period.
the part that stresses me out is not actually having a baby (@ 16, but will be 17 in 2 months) but the fact that i would have to tell my parents and my boyfriends parents. we both have very religious familys and they are very liberal and my family is conservative. needless to say they havent wamred up to me much for the year that my boyfriend and i have been dating.
anyways, i'll definitly keep you updated (and everyone else  ) on this whole fiasco! thanks again for the help. |

Well the trip was great, and even better news, I got my period. Everything seems really normal, so I think I am safe this time!
ah! I am so relieved.
Thank-you for all the advice/support. I'm not putting myself into this position again, not until im ready.
