I’ve noticed that most of the people are excellent worriers. Did you notice that when you ask someone what are you worry about, the common answers are about illness, lack of money, old age, taxes, kids… I read somewhere that that much worrying burn up the energy , lower our resistance to illness and actually draw to them what they fear.
You know that saying that what we are fear will come upon us. I think that is true.
I totally agree with you. I always have problem to divide “good” worry vs. “bad” worry. I’ve been asking my self how often my worries saved me from something. I also noticed that some people have a need to worry about something. Like you said, illness, kids, money… I have a friend who is preoccupied worrying about serious illness such as cancer.
