worrying about irregular periods and pregnancy

i have recently lost my virginity to my boyfriend, we have had protected sex a few times now. recently when we had sex, the condom split, so i immediately went and bought a morning after pill and took it within the same day. i was told i should expect my period as normal. as it happened my period had occured only a few days before i took the pill. around ten days later i had foreplay with my boyfriend, as soon as i got home i noticed a small amount of red blood in my underwear. for the next three or four days i spotted brown discharge and blood. is this caused by the foreplay, or is there a liely chance i am pregnant and the bleeding/spotting is related to that?
