a pain just under your left rib is probably a pulled muscle (from the gym) or something related to the digestive system, its too far up to be a pain from the reproductive system.

Discharge is usually clearer in early pregnancy, but discharge is very natural of the vagina and could happen anytime, as it is the vaginas natural method of staying clean. It isn't really a very reliable way to look for pregnancy symptoms!! You should be fine!
