I am trying to lose the final 10 lbs of my weight goal, but i dont want to continue pushing myself as far as I used to to lose weight. I have a heart condition (Super ventricular
tachycardia) that makes it hard to exercise for any length of time, as well as a sinus arryhthmia that makes my heart beat too fast. I've been reducing my calorie intake, eat almost no fats, high fiber, moderate
carbohydrate diet and trying to exercise as much as my heart will let me. I dont seem to be losing any weight, and i've been doing it this way for the last year. does anyone have a suggestion?
