wrinkled penis head

I have this weired problem related to my penis head.................i have a tendency to sleep with my front side pressed against my bed on a preety hard matress{i hope u understand } since my child hood

due to this my penis is alwayz pressured while i sleep specially when i get morning erections{which i think is normal} thats when i feel most pressure on my penis

and i think{just think} that this has caused my penis head{tip} to get wrinkled and rough since quite long

i myt term those as BUMPS/rashes and are quite a lot in numbers.........They cause me no pain wat so ever.........these are neither pimples

please let me know a way to smoothen my penis head any ointment or balm or medicine wat ever.................man i need help plz help me out

P.S i am an 18 yr old asian penis sized 6.1 inches { which i think is normal} and normal girth ................face no problems masterbating or urinating

let me know a cure as soon as possible
