wrong stitches on tummy tuck and breast reduction!

I had a tummy tuck and a breast reduction all most 2 years ago and the stitches are still in my body. I can see them trough my skin on my breast and I can pull them out if I try.
Is this normal............................?

[I head breast reduction done a month ago and still have strings coming out. The spots where they have not come out are very sore and then a part of the string will come out. If I pull on it at all, it begins to bleed.

I also have some scabs on my nipples that have not gone away. Shnould I keep them dry or moist and when can I expect them to go away. I am pretty uncomfortable.
