I am 16 years old and i go to boarding school, so as a freshman i did gain the freshman 15 (then plus some) from stress and having a choice of anything i wanted for meals, but the fruit was always bruised and lettuce was always brown and all that sort of stuff and i also went on birth control to curve menstral pains also not helping with my weight.... i am 5'4 now and when i came to school i was about 135 ish and my weight fluctuates in the high 150's now... it is so difficult for me to loose weight and i become discouraged easily so lately i have been thinking of turning to a diet supplement/pill of some sort, but i fear health problems.... recently i read about WULONG TEA and i'm wondering if it works and if it would get in the way of my birth control or not work because of it also i recently started to take ADD medications and i fear that the WULONG will either mix badly with the others or not work at all... if you have any insight at all about wulong and/or mixing it led me now please

p.s. i didn't really care that much until now and i would take my time loosing weight the way most people tell you too, exersice and better eating habits, but i'm going to costa rica in june/july for a teen program, so i would like to be able to were a bathing suit and not feel like a beached whale next to what im sure will be beautiful skinny girls my age, so i'm hoping that adding a little something to both exersice and healthy eating will speed up the process and maybe i can get back down to my origional weight (135) by then
