Hey!
I need some info and would be very glad if someone with experience would answer me!
I am planning to go on diet pills and would like to know if someone tried xenadrine or metabolife and if there is a difference, if one is better... any suggestions would do.

Hey,
I was on both, and loose weight on both of them. But xenadrine worked better for me (I lost 55 lbs on it...but I am obese and could still loose additional 50 lbs). Even doctor suggested me xenadrine. I am still taking xenadrine – I take one pill in the morning and one after lunch (around 3 pm). This has been going on for a year and I feel no side effects. Oh, yes, metabolife... I lost weight on it too, but it didn’t work for me that well (also, I wasn’t on metabolife that long, just 2 months), because I was starting to feel moody. On the other hand, metabolife worked great for my friend, and she had the success on metabolife as I did on xenadrine. So, as you can see, we are all different and we differently accept different pills. So, give it both a try and see what suits you.

Lorena, you say now you're doing it the right way with a nutritionist and going to the gym? You do realize you're supposed to take these drugs as a supplement to proper nutrion and regular exercise? I guess not.
