xray ct scan and surgery and pregnant

Hi i am very worried and need some anwsers. I shattered my nose in a boating acciedent and needed reconstuctive surgery. I had a ct scan xrays and was put under gerneral anestesia. My last period was july 20th and I am not due for my period till Aug 20th. I told my obgyn doctor the situation and she said that if the test comes out neg. to go ahead with everything. knowing it was still to early to tell i told her i might be. today is the 16th i took a test at the doctors before going under and it came out negative. so we did the surgery the ct scans and the xrays and when i got home i thought just for peace of mind i would take a "early preg test" and it came out positive. i am not due to start my period. am i pregnant and if i am did i harm my baby in all that was done. also i am on pain meds and antibodics and inflamitories. help!!!!!!!!!! i am scared for my baby.

Probably no harm done with the scans, but I would give the doctor a call and check out the pain meds to make sure they can't hurt an embryo
